We want you to be happy with your Luma purchase.

If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you.

Return requests must be made within the applicable return period.

Returned products should be unused and, where applicable, in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law.
